SIX WEEK RAISIN BRAN MUFFIN 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
4 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour (may use whole wheat flour for part of the amt.)
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
1 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts (opt.)

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk and mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Bake as needed. Fill greased tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
