SIX WEEKS BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda and salt in a large bowl. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Bake in greased muffin tins, 400 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

Make and store in covered container in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
