MARY VIEKE'S HOMEMADE NOODLES 
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
3 tbsp. milnot
1 tsp. salt
Pinch baking powder
2 c. flour, sifted

Beat yolks and egg until well mixed. Beat in milk, salt and baking powder. Stir into flour. This will make a stiff dough. May need to knead 8 to 10 times. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out as thin as possible on lightly floured board. I cut the noodles with a noodle cutter. Allow them to dry on waxed paper and then freeze until ready to use.
