NEVER FAIL NOODLES 
6 egg yolks, beaten
Flour to make stiff dough
1/4 c. cream
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix ingredients except flour together and add enough flour to make stiff dough, roll thin on floured board. Dry and cut when read to use, cook in broth about 20 to 30 minutes. These noodles dry fast because they have no salt.
