EGG NOODLES 
1 c. flour
2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water

Beat eggs with salt, oil, and water. Add flour and mix well. Then add another 1 1/2 cups more flour. Mix well. Let rest 30 minutes. Roll out, cut, and let dry.
