1 pkg. onion soup mix
6 egg yolks
1/4 c. garlic salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. pepper
6 bouillon cubes
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 - 3 c. flour

Mix eggs, onion, soup, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Let stand approximately 1 hour then mix in milk, then flour until doughy. Roll out thin. Drop into 1 1/2 gallons boiling water with salt and bouillon. Cook until noodles are done.
