EASY SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp. dry)
1/2 c. green pepper pieces
2 tbsp. corn starch

Heat oil in skillet. Brown pork; add next 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes or until done. Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water; add pork to green pepper. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
