EASY STRUDEL 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sour cream

In a bowl put flour and butter, mix with hands until mixture is like meal. Make a well in center, add sour cream and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Next day cut dough into 4 quarters. Roll out and add filling of your choice. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place on ungreased pan. Bake seam sides down at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cut into slices while still warm.

Your own favorite or

1. Apricot jam and coconut

2. Marmalade, chocolate chips and cinnamon

3. Apples, raisins, nuts sprinkled with flour to prevent juices from spilling out when hot.
