4 lbs. rolled rump roast Rub meat with salt, pepper, oregano, parsley flakes and garlic salt. Put in oven for one hour at 500 degrees. Take out, cool and slice thin. Add: 1 can beef broth Cover meat with two cans beer. Add a little water and 2 ounces of whiskey. Check to see that you have enough garlic salt, and bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. |
