ITALIAN BEEF 
5 lb. rolled roast
2 tbsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1-2 bay leaves
1 1/2 tbsp. oregano powder
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
4 c. water
6 chopped garlic cloves

Combine and cover at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Slice thin and put back in juice. Freeze or reheat and serve on hard Italian or French bread.
