CABBAGE LASAGNA 
1 lg. head cabbage
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, minced
2 c. spaghetti sauce
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and onion well. Stir in spaghetti sauce; cook 5 minutes. Coarsely shred cabbage and cook in butter until very tender. Spoon 1/2 cup of sauce into baking pan and top with half of cabbage and shredded cheese. Repeat, layering top with meat sauce and shredded cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
