CABBAGE CACCIATORE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 med. head cabbage, cut in wedges
1 can meatless spaghetti sauce (15 oz.)
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
3 c. hot cooked rice

In large oven proof skillet saute beef and onions until meat is no longer pink. Arrange cabbage on top of meat mixture. Blend spaghetti sauce and garlic salt. Pour over cabbage. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Serve over beds of fluffy rice. Makes about 6 servings.
