CABBAGE LASAGNE 
1 lg. head cabbage
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, minced
2 c. spaghetti sauce
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and onion well. Stir in spaghetti sauce; cook 5 minutes. Coarsely shred cabbage, and cook in butter until very tender. Spoon 1/2 cup of sauce into baking pan and top with half of cabbage and shredded cheese. Repeat, layering top with meat sauce and shredded cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
