1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 (8 inch) pie shell, unbaked
Nutmeg

Cream sugar and butter; beat in egg. Beat flour. Stir in milk. Put into pie shell; sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
