OLD FASHIONED CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. light cream (I use Milnot)
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, light brown sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in boiling water. Add cream, nutmeg, and vanilla. Pour mixture into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes.
