PEACH CAKE 
CRUST:

1/4 lb. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

FILLING:

3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. sour cream
29 oz. can sliced peaches

Combine ingredients for crust and pat into bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan. Sprinkle some ground nuts or bread crumbs on bottom. Cover with peaches (drained).

Mix yolks. Add vanilla, sugar, flour and sour cream. Fold in beaten egg whites (beaten until stiff peaks form). Pour on top of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
