CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Reserve 1 cup cake mix. Combine remaining mix, oil, and 1 egg until crumbly. Press on bottom and 3/4 way up sides of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Using the same bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar, add 3 eggs and the reserved cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed, add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until center is firm. Top cooled cake with pie filling. Chill.
