1 box yellow cake mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle's sweet chocolate morsels
1 Baker's semi-sweet chocolate bar, grated
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs, beaten

Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well, then add sour cream, cooking oil, eggs, and water. Bake in fluted cake pan for 55 minutes with oven set at 350 degrees.
