HEAVENLY 24 HOUR SALAD 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
2 c. sour cream

In small saucepan, mix eggs, sugar, orange juice, and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in butter and salt. Cool, then fold in sour cream. Chill while preparing fruit.

SALAD:

1 c. seedless grapes
1 c. diced fresh pineapple
1 c. pitted Bing cherries
1 c. diced orange
1 c. cantaloupe, melon balls
2 plums, sliced
2 c. mini marshmallows

Toss together all fruit. Add creamy dressing. Chill for a full 24 hours.
