HEAVENLY 4 - STACK PIE 
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. or 1 lg. instant chocolate pudding

Mix together butter, flour and nuts; pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip; pour over crust. Mix instant chocolate pudding for pie and pour over above. Top with more Cool Whip. Grate chilled Hershey bars over top. Nuts on top optional. Serves 10-12.
