FREEZER STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 
3 c. sliced strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 pkg. powdered pectin
1 c. water

Combine sugar and strawberries. Let stand 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Stir pectin into water and bring to boil for one minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add berries while hot. Stir for 2 minutes.

Pour into freezer containers, leaving enough room for expansion. FREEZE.
