CITRUS PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade frozen concentrate
Yellow food coloring
2 c. vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

Place concentrate in large mixing bowl and beat 30 seconds. Spoon in ice cream and blend. Fold in Cool Whip and add food coloring whip until smooth. Freeze if necessary to mound, pour into crust, freeze approximately 4 hours.

NOTE: Can substitute limeade frozen concentrate and green food coloring.
