BEEFY STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 2 tsp. prepared horseradish 1 tsp. chopped chives 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. pepper 18 lg. mushrooms 2/3 c. dry white wine 1. Thoroughly mix ground beef, horseradish, chives, garlic and pepper in medium bowl. 2. Remove stems from mushrooms; stuff mushroom caps with beef mixture. 3. Place stuffed mushrooms in shallow baking dish; pour wine over mushrooms. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until meat is browned, about 20 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 dozen. |
