GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
2 sm. jars mushrooms
1/4 lb. wide noodles, cooked
2 c. grated cheese

Saute celery, onion and green pepper in bacon drippings. Saute meat and mix with celery, onion and pepper. Add tomato soup, sauce and paste and seasoning. Cook slowly for 1/2 hour. Add olives, mushrooms and noodles. Mix and turn into casserole. Cover with cheese and bake at 325 degrees in oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
