HOMEMADE CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
3 c. thinly sliced celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts

Serve over hot rice and chow mein noodles with soy sauce.
