1 1/2 to 2 lbs. stew beef
1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms

Mix all ingredients lightly and put in large casserole dish. Cover and bake 3 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with boiled potatoes and favorite vegetable.
