ZUCCHINI AND CORN 
2 sm. zucchini
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion
1 (16 oz.) cream style corn

Chop zucchini into buttered skillet. Don't peel. Brown with chopped onion. When onion is clear. Pour cream corn over. When corn is bubbly hot it is ready to serve.
