ZUCCHINI AND CORN COMBO 
2 c. sliced zucchini
2 c. whole kernel corn
1 can sm. diced green chilies
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Steam zucchini 4 minutes; drain and combine with the corn, chilies, and 1 cup cheese. Beat eggs with garlic powder. Stir into the vegetables. Turn mixture into a shallow casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until it appears set and cheese is melted.
