OKLAHOMA STRAWBERRY - ICE CREAM 
1 qt. strawberries, hulled
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 eggs
1 can sweet milk (not evaporated milk)
2 c. half & half cream
3 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. milk

In blender or food processor puree berries with lemon juice. In large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar sweetened condensed milk, cream and vanilla; mix well. Stir in pureed strawberries. Pour into freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Best served immediately. Make 1 gallon about 120 calories per 1/2 cup.
