AUNT JEANIE'S FAVORITE SALAD 
1 bunch arugula
Red onion
4 slices bacon, cooked and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 can mandarin oranges, drained

Wash and dry arugula and break into bite-sized pieces. Add thin slices of red onion.

Just before serving, add orange sections, bacon. Salt and pepper to taste and toss with your favorite Vinaigrette Dressing.
