PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. melted butter
15 Ritz crackers, crumbled

Mix pineapple chunks, juice, sugar, flour and cheese and pour into one-quart casserole dish. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
