PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Crushed Ritz crackers to sprinkle over top

Drain pineapple. Mix juice, sugar, flour, and butter. Cook until it thickens. Add cheese and let it melt. Put pineapple chunks in 9x9 inch casserole dish and pour mixture over pineapple. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
