PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drain & save 3 tbsp. juice
3 tbsp. flour

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix pineapple, juice and flour. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes in a 1 quart casserole dish.
