PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans crushed or lg. chunk pineapple in juice
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
5 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Drain pineapple and pour into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add to pineapple and stir until mixed well. Layer cheese and cracker crumbs. Top with melted butter. Do not stir after layering. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
