PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans crushed pineapple
Rice cracker crumbs
5 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Drain pineapples and pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix sugar and cornstarch, add to pineapples and stir lightly. Layer cheese, cracker crumbs, then top with butter. DO NOT STIR AGAIN. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
