PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans pineapple chunks
1 c. of sugar
5 tbsp. plain flour
1 1/2 c. of grated cheese
1 roll of Ritz crackers
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 stick butter

Butter casserole dish. Drain pineapple, place in dish. Mix 1 cup of sugar with 5 tablespoons flour and sprinkle over pineapple. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Dribble pineapple juice over mix. Crumble roll of crackers, cover top. Melt butter, dribble over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm. Great with ham.
