PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (15 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. Colby cheese, shredded
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 stick butter
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix pineapple and cheese together, and put in bottom of dish. Mix together the sugar, flour and pineapple juice, and pour over pineapple mixture. Melt butter and mix in crackers. Put over top of other mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
