PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drain, reserve juice
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 c. melted butter

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Place pineapple in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with mixture of flour and sugar. Pour reserved juice over top. Sprinkle with cheese and cracker crumbs. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
