PINEAPPLE/CHEESE BAKE | |
28 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 3 tbsp. juice) 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed Combine pineapple, juice, flour, sugar, and cheese and spoon into buttered 1- quart casserole. Melt butter and toss with cracker crumbs. Put on top of pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |
