MICROWAVE SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. sliced potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
Paprika

Alternate layers of potatoes and onion in greased 2 quart casserole dish until all ingredients are used. Blend next 4 ingredients in bowl. Pour over potatoes; cover. Microwave on high for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
