FRESH TOMATO SCALLOP (MICROWAVE) 
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped toasted pecans
5 med. tomatoes, peeled
1 tbsp. white wine
Worcestershire sauce

In 2 cup glass measure, microwave butter and onion, uncovered 100% power 1 minute. Add crumbs, cheese, pecans; toss to mix. Set aside.

Cut tomatoes into 1/2" slices. In micro quiche dish or pie plate arrange slices in a spiral overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Cover with wax paper. Microwave 100% power 2 to 3 minutes, giving plate 1/2 turn once.

Sprinkle crumb mixture over the tomatoes. Microwave 100% power 30 to 60 seconds or until heated through.

6 side dish servings. 122 calories, 4 g protein, 13 g carbohydrates, 7 g fat, 3 mg cholesterol, 203 mg sodium.
