CLAM FONDUE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, diced
1/ c. green pepper, diced
1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubes
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) minced clams, drained
1 1/2 tbsp. sherry, optional

Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add onion and green pepper. Saute until soft but not brown. Add cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook until cheese melts. Add clams and sherry if used. Serve with an assortment of crackers or raw vegetables.
