BROCCOLI FONDUE | |
3 stalks celery, chopped 1 sm. can mushrooms, chopped 1/2 of 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. butter 1 roll garlic cheese (Kraft) 1 pkg. chopped broccoli (cooked and drained) 1 can cream of mushroom soup Dash Tabasco Dash Worcestershire sauce Saute celery, mushrooms and onion in 1 tablespoon butter. Melt 1 roll garlic cheese in top of a double boiler. Blend in broccoli, mushroom soup, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Serve from chafing dish with crackers. |
