CORN MOUSSAKA 
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
Slivered almonds (optional)
1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese with chives
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, grated

Spread corn in ungreased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole or 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add flour and cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon. Pour over corn in dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine eggs and cottage cheese; spread over meat mixture. Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella. Sprinkle almonds over, if desired. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
