DOUBLE CORN CHOWDER 
2 c. low fat milk
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. frozen corn kernels or 1 can corn with juice drained
1 c. or 1 can green peas
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. reduce heat and cover until vegetables are crisp and tender - about 5 minutes.
