CHICKEN PIE OVER PASTRY PUFFS | |
1/2 c. onion, chopped 6 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 3 c. chicken broth 3 c. cubed chicken or turkey 1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked and drained Pastry Puffs (found in dessert frozen food section) Cook onion in butter until tender, not browned. Blend in flour and broth all at once. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add cubed chicken or turkey and mixed vegetables. Heat until bubbly again. Pour over individual Pastry Puffs. |
