GEIOZA (DUMPLINGS) 
1 1/2 lbs. chicken, pork, or beef ground - pork is traditional
3 green onions
1 tbsp. MSG
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of pepper
Purchased dough wrappers
Cooking oil

Mix first 5 ingredients. Place 1 teaspoon on each geioza, press edges together. Brown slightly in small amount of oil. Add water - steam for 15 minutes or until done. Dip geiozas into additional soy sauce, tiny bit of vinegar and pepper oil, if desired.
