GREAT POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
2 cans mushroom or cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
3 c. cheddar cheese

In a 9x13 pan put potatoes and pour melted butter over the top. Mix soup and sour cream and spread over butter layer. Then put cheese over the soup layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
