HASHBROWN BAKE 
24 to 32 oz. pkg. hash browns
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. onion, diced
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix milk, sour cream, soup, onion and 1/2 of cheese together. Add to hash browns and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
