HASH BROWN BAKE 
16 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 sticks of butter, melted
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 c. croutons

Mix hash browns, sour cream, 1 stick melted butter, cheddar cheese and mushroom soup. Then mix 1/2 stick melted butter with croutons. Pour crouton mixture over potato mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. (Hash browns may be frozen or thawed.)
